What’s the craziest story you have from hosting?

Nothing too crazy on the business side of things yet, but bears got into our rental car one night. We forgot to lock it! The car was fine, just a little dirty!

What’s one “pro-tip” you’d be willing to pass on to the community?

Understand that mistakes and accidents happen so work with your client to solve the problems and come to a mutual agreement.
