HOW MANY YEARS HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE SHORT-TERM RENTAL INDUSTRY AND HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?

I just reactivated my STR in March 2023, I’ve rented a room out previously for monthly stays on Airbnb & to co-works prior to my last full home remodel in Q1 2020.

WHAT DO YOU FIND MOST REWARDING ABOUT YOUR CAREER?

I love meeting new people and re-experiencing the city through their eyes during their stay.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RENTAL PROPERTY YOU HAVE AND WHY DO YOU LOVE IT?

My rental in Los Angeles. It’s centrally located, close to LAX and all major highways, and absolutely stunning.

WHAT’S THE CRAZIEST STORY YOU HAVE FROM HOSTING?

I’ve had some really unique guests, but one guy traveling from China came home one night with 2 large pizzas and ate a full pizza by himself! He was a really tiny kid, I’m not sure where he put it, haha.

WHAT’S ONE “PRO-TIP” YOU’D BE WILLING TO PASS ON TO THE COMMUNITY?

Warmth and kindness go a long way. Small little things like a snack basket can help folks really feel welcome and at home in your space.
