Hospitality linens are the only way to go! Standard Textile is the largest linen provider, supplying hotels like Hilton, Hyatt, and the Ritz. And now they have partnered with HostGPO to bring these linens to vacation rental hosts. Personally, I like a sheet set that will come out of the dryer wrinkle-free. I also like the subtle stripe pattern which looks very luxurious. Through HostGPO, you can purchase these pieces individually (or in bulk). 16-Piece Dinnerware Set by Williams Sonoma

I like a simple white dinnerware set that will work with any design aesthetic. Porcelain is durable and the only type of dinnerware I’d recommend for a STR. While stoneware often offers more colors and textures, it chips easily and doesn’t hold up to the wear and tear of a rental. Yep, Rugs USA carries a great selection of poufs and lighting. These are great additions to any entertainment area. Not only can they be used as additional seating, but they also can add color, texture, and function to any space.

Available in modern chenille and distressed velvet – both are excellent upholsteries that will perform well in a high-traffic area. The chair has sleek lines and looks high-end at a low price point.
