How many years have you been in the short-term rental industry and how did you get started?

Four years. My husband and I started out flipping houses, but everything changed when we met Jeff Brown. He introduced us to the new Airbnb scene, and we quickly saw how profitable it could be with the right staging. From there, we shifted our focus to renovating and staging homes specifically for short-term rentals.

What do you find most rewarding about your career?

The final walk-through after the house has been fully staged. It's a great experience to see everything come together and to truly appreciate the space as a guest would and enjoy the last phase of the renovation process.

What is your favorite rental property you have and why do you love it?

Wizards Way. It's easily our most viral home and it's extremely likable by our guests.

What's the craziest story you have from hosting?

The craziest story is when we were hosting in Joshua Tree, California and we had a super crazy party where they were naked dancing around a fire, playing tribal drums, and singing at 2 am with neighbors firing guns in their direction. It was an absolute nightmare.

Don't let people dance naked in the backyard of your Airbnb.
