How many years have you been in the short term rental industry and how did you get started?
Two years including designing and building our STR. My husband and I have always loved travel, curating spaces and designing memorable moments. We figured the best place to bring all of these passions together would be a luxury short term rental
What do you find most rewarding about your career?
My favorite moment is when guest experience our stay and love all of the details…the moment they say, “Wow, they have thought of everything!”.
What is your favorite rental property you have and why do you love it?
First property that we have launched! Designing and building IROX II in 2022! I love the beautiful lighting that naturally flows through the open windows, the luxury furniture and the unique design of the attached Studio Suite.
What’s the craziest story you have from hosting?
We don’t have to many crazy stories from hosting, I think we must have the best guest, but one thingI loved is that one of our guest hired a person Chef to have her 30th birthday dinner prepared during sunset in the Breezeway! It flows perfect with the Lux brand we have created!
What’s one “pro-tip” you’d be willing to pass on to the community?
Label everything! For your cleaning team, your hospitality staff and guest…it helps everyone work together to use the space.
