How many years have you been in the short term rental industry and how did you get started?

Coming up on the end of our first year in business.. The story of how it started is too much to type!

What do you find most rewarding about your career?

It’s building financial security for my family, allows me to have a creative outlet and offer amazing vacation getaways for our renters.

What is your favorite rental property you have and why do you love it?

We have one up and running: Cherry House and The Blue Belle will be listed in about a month. Cherry House is more of a couples getaway, and The Blue Belle will be more family friendly.

What’s the craziest story you have from hosting?

We’re only about a month in, so nothing too crazy yet!

What’s one “pro-tip” you’d be willing to pass on to the community?

Jump in with both feet and figure it out as you go. That’s really the only way you can make this work.
