How many years have you been in the short-term rental industry and how did you get started?

8+ years renting out a beachside property that we turned into a lock-off duplex from our main home.

What do you find most rewarding about your career?

Creating beautiful spaces that take guests’ breath away.

What is your favorite rental property you have and why do you love it? 

Haute Haus in Alma Co, it’s our first ground-up build and our dream cabin.

What’s the craziest story you have from hosting?

Someone shooting off fireworks on the 4th of July from our ocean view deck in a residential area.

What’s one “pro-tip” you’d be willing to pass on to the community?

Try to be as personal as you can! No one likes dealing with a robot but also don’t reach out too much. 

What’s the most recent item that you can remember that you’ve ordered from HostGPO?
