Having been in the short term rental industry for just under a year, Katie Levitt is absolutely dominating the game with the Levinaia Villa. Sitting on 5 acres in the Santa Monica Mountains, this Bali inspired home allows for a romantic getaway or unplugged family time. Katie Levitt recently did our member spotlight and sent in some stunning photos of her STR that will transport you into a luxurious oasis. The opportunity to meet incredible people and help curate experiences so they have unforgettable memories made.
What is your favorite rental property you have and why do you love it?
Levinaia Villa is incredibly special to us. After buying the property in 2014, it became our private retreat home and grew into our passion project. It has been a place where friends and family have come over the years to escape, reconnect and celebrate. When the pandemic hit and the world shut down, it made us want to share the property and spread some happiness to those beyond our immediate reach. On July 4th we will celebrate one year and it has been an unreal ride. We have hosted many small weddings, family reunions, honeymoons and it has been more than rewarding to meet so many wonderful people.
What’s the craziest story you have from hosting?
Knock on wood! I don’t have one!
What’s one “pro-tip” you’d be willing to pass on to the community?
Always look for ways to improve your property and guest experience. I believe it’s why we have guests who return often. They know there is going to be something better than the time before and we always try to bring a higher level of customer service to create great experiences for them.
What’s the most recent item that you can remember that you’ve ordered from HostGPO?
Public Goods!! I love their products so much i switched all my shower toiletries to them.
