How many years have you been in the short term rental industry and how did you get started?

8 years ago. We had a long term renter move out and decided to give short term renting a try. Now we have 6 units on Airbnb.

What do you find most rewarding about your career?

Freedom of time!

What’s the craziest story you have from hosting?

Hurricane Fred recently hit only 20 miles from the Heavenly Hideaway. Videos from our renter at the time looked scary.
